  • Increase public and authorities' level of knowledge about haemophilia
  • Empower members of the patient organisation through international exchanges
  • Develop haemophilia knowledge of healthcare professionals in Luanda and Huambo
  • Upgrade reference laboratory in Luanda and decentralise diagnosis to Huambo
  • Improve knowledge of haemophilia amongst people with haemophilia and families

A better life for Senegalese with haemophilia

  • Improve ability of 250 healthcare professionals to provide basic haemophilia care in 5 regions of the country
  • Provide people with haemophilia and family members with a better understanding of the condition
  • Establish a physiotherapy room at the CNTS
  • Increase general public and authorities awareness about haemophilia
  • Strengthen the Association Sénégalaise des Hémophiles (ASH)

Uzbekistan 5

Empower the haemophilia community and strengthen multidisciplinary care

Scientific Reserach Institute of hematology and Blood Transfusion

Objectives

  • Include orthopaedic and traumatological surgery in MSK care in Tashkent
  • Increase HCP knowledge on managing haemophilia in 12 regions
  • Strengthen diagnostic facilities in Tashkent
  • Establish laboratory in Bukhara and support further decentralisation of diagnosis
  • Enable people with haemophilia to become physically and psychologically fit to live a healthy life
