For the first time, 80 young men from haemophilia groups across India gathered for a leadership summit in Goa, India. Identified as having the leadership skills needed to mobilise their haemophilia communities, some participants undertook 3-day journeys to get there.

NNHF was delighted to present Robyn Devenish with her 2012 Community Award on a recent visit to Cambodia. Robyn explained how she would be using the award grant to expand haemophilia care in the country.



The multi-disciplinary team in Panama is busy getting activities for the second NNHF funded project underway.

These are just a few of the reasons why the NNHF Council granted Cuba the NNHF Project of the Year Award 2011. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the Cuba project team, sustainable, decentralised haemophilia care for all of Cuba will soon be a reality.
