1st NNHF Leadership Training: Young African haemophilia leaders draw a healthier future

In April, NNHF partners and selected young members of the African haemophilia community from Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa, Uganda and Zambia met in Cairo to take part in the NNHF Leadership Training workshop. The one-week programme aimed to provide specific competencies and skills useful to leaders to drive change and inspire the next generation of leaders.

ISTH Congress 2017

Many delegates visited our booth and met with the NNHF team to discuss how we can team up for change. The NNHF team held 98 productive meetings with delegates from 50 nationalities discussing cross-border collaboration to improve haemophilia care and deliver life-changing impact.

2nd Haemophilia Leadership Forum: One step forward in building successful partnerships to address national needs in haemophilia care

October 2016 

The 2nd AvanceHemos Haemophilia Leadership Forum (HLF) brought together haemophilia experts and actors from 12 Latin American countries in Lima, Peru, to discuss needs, challenges and plans to improve haemophilia care in their countries.

NNHF at the WFH congress in Orlando

July 2016 

During the Congress, held in Orlando from 24 to 28 July, the NNHF team welcomed delegates at its booth and held meetings with representatives of the haemophilia community from over 70 countries. The team gathered insights and identified best practices from project leaders about running or completed programmes, ideas on potential new programmes as well as testimonials from partners on the positive impact of the foundation’s activities in the countries.
