Kåre Schultz is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), Novo Nordisk A/S. He joined Novo Nordisk in 1989 as an economist in Health Care, Economy & Planning. In November 2000, Mr Schultz was appointed Chief of Staffs. In March 2002, he took over the responsibility of COO. Kåre Schultz is a Danish national, born on 21 May 1961.
